Hello Escalante Athletic Families,
The checklist below will guide you in making sure all forms and fees are taken care of prior to the first day of practice. Student athletes need to have the following completed prior to participation in practice.
To be eligible for practice and competition, please complete the following...
- Online Athletic Registration
- Current (within the last 365 days) athletic physical or wellness check either uploaded to the online registration portal or turned in at Escalante
- $50 Athletic fee paid to school office or online for each sport (waived for students qualifying for free and reduced lunch)
- Purple Travel Card with medical consent information (this will be handed out at practice and doesn’t need turned in prior to practicing)
All students who participate in sports must have a sports physical, complete the online registration, and pay the $50 athletic fee (per sport) in person at EMS or in the online registration portal. Students receiving free/reduced lunch will have their fee waived if they notify Coach Duce.
