In Eva Duce's P4D1 class, her students showed that they know how to support one another and truly understand the meaning of teamwork. Despite giving it her all and showing tremendous perserverance, one of their classmates was a lap behind in the run. The rest of the students lined up along the track to cheer her on. They even formed a tunnel for her to run through, and then ran the rest of the final lap with her, cheering her on the whole time.
Eva shared the story with Hustle Kindess, a website that runs an online contest for stories of courage and kindess. She ended up winning and was rewarded with a free t-shirt for all the students in the class.
Great job, Escalante!
