Registration for Existing and New Students
Registration for existing, and new!, students is currently open. Current families need to log into their Parent InfiniteCampus account and finish the registration prompts for the 2020/21 school years.
New families can click HERE to register.
Registration & Enrollment Requirements:
- If your child has attended school outside of our district prior to enrolling in Durango School District 9-R, you will need the name and address of the school and district where your child previously attended
- Withdraw Form or most recent Report Card
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- A utility bill that shows proof of your residency
- An emergency telephone number where the parent or guardian can be reached
- Any other pertinent information for your child, such as special education records, medications needed, etc.
Middle School Choice Form
We are asking all current 5th grade families to complete the Middle School Choice Form. We have made this form available online to support remote access. If you need a physical copy, please call and leave a voicemail at the school with your mailing details to receive it in the mail.
Before starting our Online Registration process, we ask that you locate your attendance boundary school using our School Boundary Map. Simply enter your street address, city and state, into the address field to find your attendance boundary school, this will be the school that you should request on your application.
In addition to registering online all families MUST fill out a Health Information Form. Please fill out, and print and return or email the form to your school. To see additional forms that some families may need, visit our Enrollment Forms page.
